How long will my order take to arrive?

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, this means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

Delivery times are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday). We ship orders every day Monday to Friday. Order placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.

How much is delivery?

We use Royal Mail and a number of couriers to ship our orders. Please see our Delivery Policy for our shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to Europe and ask customers who are ordering from us that you check your national import policy. It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay. Simone Thomas Wellness is not responsible for these charges and if any charges are due you should be contacted by your customs office.


Unfortunately, if Simone Thomas Wellness sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges, you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to Simone Thomas Wellness minus the total shipping and returns costs.

Can I track my order?

You will receive two emails once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address. The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your payment receipt, this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included) this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your debit/credit card and verification of your information.

Our International Delivery Terms

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK.

Payment – Purchases will be made in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay. Where applicable, it will be your sole responsibility to comply with any export controls or sanctions rules applicable to goods supplied to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund/exchange policy?

At Simone Thomas Wellness, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. For this reason we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought through www.simonethomaswellness.com (apart from our food supplements) if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be in unopened, saleable condition.

As Simone Thomas Wellness food supplements are ingestible supplements we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our food supplements and cannot re-stock food supplements once they have left our control.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing it as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Cancellations on orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 9am the day the order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.

We are unable to cancel orders after 9am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. As a reminder, we send out an email 3 days before each subscription renewal is due.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders via the website in the accounts section or by email – info@simonethomaswellness.com.

Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes however please be aware that this is not always possible. Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page and we will aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday through to Friday.

Product availability

We always try to make sure our products are in stock and ready to deliver to you. However, some products may be more popular than others. If we do not have stock when you place your order, you will receive an email advising you of this.


How do subscriptions work?

All orders are subject to acceptance by Simone Thomas Wellness. Simone Thomas Wellness is not obliged to accept your order and may, in its discretion, decline to accept any order. Where Simone Thomas Wellness accepts your order, it will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched.

By purchasing a 3 month or 6-month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account on our website. Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing us at info@simonethomaswellness.com. Your subscription will terminate on the day that you cancel providing you cancel by 9am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Please note that cancellation requests submitted after 9am GMT will not be effective until the following day.

Example: If you have a subscription order scheduled for Monday and you cancel after 9am on Monday, this order will still be charged and dispatched as our warehouse team will have already processed the order. All future orders after this order will be cancelled and you will not be charged again.

Every effort will be made to cancel your subscription on the day you cancel your subscription but if it is after 9am your order may have already been processed and left our warehouse.

We automatically send out email reminders 3 days before each upcoming order is processed and payment is taken.

The above cancellation rights do not affect your right to cancel under the statutory cooling-off period.

Prices include VAT and delivery costs (where applicable) will be added when you view the items in your shopping basket.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmatory email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the order. You recognise, though, that occasionally because of problems sourcing stock from our suppliers or for other reasons beyond our control it is possible that orders may be delivered more than 30 days after the order.

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

All subscriptions are non-binding and can be cancelled anytime.
